  1. Saw that on your twitter, but I'm afraid to click 'cause of the Eminem part...

  2. Hehe - there's a little bit of swearing but not much - the song is Eminem "Without me" (lyrics: http://www.metrolyrics.com/without-me-lyrics-eminem.html) and is one of his lesser-sweary odes. It's set to the 'Benny Hill' music which still makes me laugh thinking about it now...

Since you are a recent convert to the Cult of Who I strongly recommend you watch it because it has clips of lots of the old-school monsters in it, even if you have the sound off. And yes, at the time this was the cutting-edge in special effects. And yes, I did hide behind the sofa when I was a kid....

  3. Oh no, it's not the swearing that makes me afraid to click... it's my deep hate for Eminem. =P

But I clicked anyway... it's fun.

And I've been watching a lot of clips of the classic DW series cause I'm watching all DW Confidential episodes and I bet it was scary back then! =] I can almost imagine little Higlet, little Chris and little Zombie Joe behind their sofas, scared of all the monsters! =P

  4. You betcha it was scary! Between Dr Who and Space: 1999 there were a few monsters that gave me nightmares. It stop me watching, though! We often used to watch as a family and I didn't want my brothers to think that I wasn't tough enough to make it through all the episodes :)
